Nichole Royall is the owner of Evolve Salon and the creative force behind its warm, modern vibe. She began her career in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the craft, especially the art of blonding and extensions. Nichole’s work blends technical precision with a natural eye for enhancing each client’s unique features, making her a go-to for transformations that feel effortless and elevated.

In 2022, Nichole purchased Evolve Salon from her longtime mentor, Diana Pickett, carrying forward the values and client-first philosophy that shaped her early career. Under her leadership, Evolve Salon continues to grow as a welcoming, innovative, education-driven space where clients feel cared for from the moment they walk in.

Nichole is dedicated to continual learning, staying on top of evolving techniques in blonding, invisible extensions, and overall hair health. Her approach is collaborative, detail-oriented, and always grounded in making people feel confident and seen.

Evolve Salon is more than her workplace. It’s her passion project, her community, and the place where she pours her heart into creating beautiful, healthy hair every single day.

I specialize in blondes and extensions because I know what it's like to be a blonde. I understand the struggles of blondes. My mission is to always create bright healthy blondes. Healthy hair is the most beautiful hair. Like many young women I have always had a connection with my hair. I love my hair the most when my hair is long and full. I am so happy I can make people’s dreams a reality when it comes to their hair. I know confidence comes from the inside but sometimes we have to pull confidence from the outside; I know when I look good I feel good!
