Salon Policies


 

RETAIL RETURN/REFUND POLICY: We 100% guarantee our products. If you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases we will exchange for full credit within 30 days of your purchase.


FUTURE APPOINTMENT RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable booking fee of 40% of your scheduled services is required in order to reserve your appointment slot. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice or no notice at all, your original booking fee is non-refundable and a new fee will be required in order to reschedule.


CLIENTS UNDER 16: For clients under the age of 16, a parent of guardian must be present for waxing or chemical services.
Children are welcome in the salon only if they are receiving services accompanied by a parent or adult 18 or older.


NON-SUFFICIENT FUND POLICY: Returned checks incur a $25 fee. Any returned checks after the 1st offense the client will be required to pay by credit/debit or cash only.
